Co-EnzymeQ10 (CoQ10) is an essential component of the mitochondria - the energy producing part of the cell and is often referred to as nature’s spark-plug. CoQ10 is a potent antioxidant and free radical scavenger; it supports heart muscle health and may help maintain healthy blood pressure. CoQ10 assists in the maintenance of general wellbeing and may also help relieve temporary fatigue and reduce the frequency of migraines. CoQ10 is an important supplement to use when taking cholesterol lowering medication. Long-term use of statin drugs lead to CoQ10 depletion in the body, supplementing with CoQ10 can assist in replenishing blood levels of CoQ10 depleted by statin medication. Because of its high solubility in fats and lipids, the liquid oil suspension of Coenzyme Q10 has greater bioavailability than powdered or tablet forms.
Use
Adults – take 1 capsule daily (with food) or as professionally prescribed
