Glucosamine Sulfate and Chondroitin Sulphate enables the body to use these glucosoaminoglycans and proteoglycans to help rebuild connective tissues, including damaged catilage and restore the shock-absorbing capability of the material. MSM, provides a natural bioavailable source of sulphur, an important mineral in the formation of connective tissue and maintaining joint lubricatoin and mobility.
Adults: One metric teaspoon (5g) may be added to other foods or non acid fruit juice or other cold beverages. Stir and serve.
