Neutrogena Norwegian Hand Cream was developed in Norway 50 years ago. This is a highly concentrated hand cream that is loaded with 40% Glycerin. It is a highly effective hand cream as the glycerin penetrates deep into the skin and helps to also prevent moisture loss and helps to promote skin repair.
Only a small dab is required as it goes a long use daily as required.

For New Zealand orders with a value below $75 we apply a flat rate delivery charge of NZD4.95. NZ orders with a value above $75 are subject to free shipping.
