Nature’s Own (TM) Liquid Fish Oil is a natural source of omega-3 essential fatty acids, with a great tasting citrus liquid formula that can be more readily available*, without the fishy taste. Omega-3 is important for the maintenance of general health and wellbeing, as well as for heart, brain and joint health.
*when compared to solid dosage forms.
For general wellbeing, heart & brain health: take 5mL (1 metric teaspoon) daily For arthritis & joint health: take 10mL (2 metric teaspoons) daily Or as recommended by your healthcare professional.
Each 5mL contains: Fish Oil, natural 4500mg (4.5g), equiv. eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) 810 mg, equiv. docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) 540mg. Contains orange oil.

For New Zealand orders with a value below $75 we apply a flat rate delivery charge of NZD4.95. NZ orders with a value above $75 are subject to free shipping.
How will my order be delivered?
